    5. Team

    Work Schedule

    Our team members work under one of the following arrangements:

    • Full Time (44 hours per week)
    • Full Time (40 hours per week)
    • Part Time (30 hours per week)
    • PEL – First Work Experience: This schedule corresponds to 20 hours per week, under a fixed-term contract for 6 months, extendable once for an additional 3 months.
    Office

    We are located in the heart of Montevideo, just steps away from the city’s main avenue, in an accessible and dynamic space designed to enhance our teamwork.

    A clean and organized environment improves comfort and well-being for everyone. We take care of the hygiene and order of our desks and common areas.

    We minimize our environmental impact with small actions that make a difference:

    • We sort our waste.
    • We use air conditioning efficiently.
    • We turn off equipment at the end of the day.
    • We print only what is absolutely necessary.
    Dress Code

    At Urudata Software, we represent the company’s image. Our dress code is business casual, balancing comfort and professionalism in our appearance.

    Leave Policies

    All team members accumulate 20 days of paid annual leave during the year, which must be taken during the following year and requested at least 10 days in advance through the appropriate process.

    • Additionally, we offer 5 extra days off per year, subject to prior authorization.
    • Non-working holidays are governed by current regulations.
    • Sick leave (up to 3 days per year with a medical certificate).
    • We offer study leave based on the weekly workload.
    • Other special permissions, such as for marriage, paternity, maternity, and bereavement, as required by law.
    Time Tracking

    We record our work hours in Clockify, including daily activities, leave, courses, and other concepts. This allows us to measure KPIs, detect project deviations, and manage client billing. Each team member has a monthly hour target based on their workload, though certain projects may require flexibility to meet established milestones and deadlines.

    Training and Study Plan

    At Urudata, we value the technical development of our team and promote continuous learning. That’s why we create personal development plans for all our team members and allocate a predetermined amount of work time for training. We also support the academic progress of our team members, considering their education a key factor for growth within the company.

    To meet their training objectives, each technician must earn 3 training points per year (2 for students) through official or internal exams, workshops with a final test, courses on educational platforms, course instruction, or research with verifiable deliverables.

    Performance Evaluation

    At Urudata, we evaluate performance quarterly, aligning each team member’s growth with the company’s objectives.

    The process includes setting objectives, evaluating both generic and specific competencies, analyzing results, and providing feedback. We aim to identify strengths, opportunities for improvement, and promote a culture of continuous learning.

    The evaluation impacts professional development, task assignment, and growth planning within the organization.
