On September 3rd, we celebrated IA Insider, an event where we shared with clients, colleagues, and industry leaders how we are integrating artificial intelligence into every stage of the software project lifecycle.
The event took place on the 22nd floor of the WTC Montevideo Free Zone, with a full house and a live stream for those who joined us from abroad.
Our AI-first approach
We opened the event with the vision of our CEO, Javier Briosso, who emphasized that AI is no longer a futuristic promise but a concrete ally to shorten timelines and reduce costs in projects. For us, adopting an AI-first approach means critically rethinking every process and finding how AI enhances our teams—taking over repetitive tasks and freeing up space for strategy, creativity, and the design of robust solutions.
As El Observador highlighted in its coverage, intelligent agents and copilots now allow us to reach new levels of efficiency, achieving faster and higher-quality deliveries.
What we showcased at IA Insider
During the morning, our team walked through practical examples of how we apply AI in analysis, design, development, and testing. We also shared the lessons we’ve gained from daily experimentation and offered practical advice so others can incorporate AI into their own processes.
We are convinced that AI does not replace roles—it transforms them. Analysts, designers, testers, and developers now take on a more strategic role: guiding AI, validating results, and ensuring final quality.

Looking ahead
We closed the event with a panel where we exchanged perspectives on the cross-cutting challenges of AI: training new professionals, the future of junior roles, the importance of open source, and the ethical and regulatory debates around intellectual property and security.
A milestone for us
For us, IA Insider was much more than just an event: it was the opportunity to showcase firsthand how AI is transforming the way we work and build software.
At Urudata Software, we believe that sharing our experiences is part of driving this change across the region. Artificial intelligence does not replace human talent—it enhances it and opens the door to more agile, cost-effective, and higher-impact projects.
