As every year, we held the latest edition of Urudata Software Tech Talks with our Products Edition: a space designed to share with our collaborators the latest updates, improvements, and the roadmap of the products that make up our technological ecosystem.
The event was led by the factory team, who presented the most recent releases, advances in innovation, and upcoming features that will continue to strengthen automation, document management, and the use of artificial intelligence in business processes.
Qflow: new versions, greater control, and an improved experience
One of the central focuses of the event was Qflow, where we reviewed the 2025 releases and the main new features of versions 5.6.2 and 6.0..
Among the most relevant highlights were improvements in document management, including the introduction of the iLove PDF connector, enhancements to the Word connector, and a redesign of the document-type data component, offering simpler configuration and the ability to view attachments directly in the browser. Improvements to confirmation messages were also presented, along with significant advances in process visibility and administration.
Version 6.0 also introduces new capabilities such as:
- Qform: Qflow’s new drag & drop form designer
- The ability to delete processes
- Improvements in JIRA integration
- A new TuID connector
- Adjustments that facilitate migration for large-scale clients
In this context, the possibility of migrating Qflow on premise was highlighted, ensuring continuity and ongoing technological evolution.
Q-expeditive: electronic procedures and upcoming releases
The event also covered the latest updates to Q-expeditive, the solution focused on electronic procedure management, which enables the modeling of processes associated with each type of procedure, attached documents, and time tracking.
Available improvements were shared, along with a preview of features currently in development, including the presentation of the Q-expeditive MCP Server, now under development, and the addition of new REST web services, expanding integration capabilities.
Intellikon and innovation
The agenda included a block dedicated specifically to Intellikon , along with another focused on innovation initiatives, emphasizing the practical application of artificial intelligence.
Key highlights included:
- Document summarization
- Automatic data extraction
- Document processing via APIs or libraries
Advances were also shown in a Qflow AI-powered chatbot, which will soon be available in Qflow Cloud, as well as real-world pilots focused on the automatic classification of case files, identification of individuals and organizations, and confidentiality suggestions in accordance with current regulations.
Roadmap and next challenges
The event concluded with the presentation of the Qflow and Q-expeditive roadmaps, outlining upcoming initiatives such as:
- A document management system with metadata and content search
- New AI connectors
- Intelligent assistants with image capabilities
- Agents acting within processes
- Greater global visibility and improvements to forms and validations
Finally, we held a group innovation challenge, where we devised technological solutions to recurring problems faced by our team and clients, reaffirming Urudata Software’s commitment to the continuous evolution of its products and the co-creation of solutions together with those who trust in the company.
