Development of SmartLogyard, a solution for managing timber operations at UPM’s Fray Bentos and Paso de los Toros mills. The platform manages the entire timber flow, from inbound trucks through arrival, unloading, and distribution to destinations such as the chipper or storage yard. It provides real-time visibility into all timber within the plant, with a strong focus on monitoring the wood mix. The solution includes real-time control room dashboards, desktop tools for operational staff, and mobile applications for yard operators.
