Automation of monitoring processes for MIDES programs, designed to record family visits, food basket deliveries, and elderly well-being initiatives. More than 1,433,641 workflows have been created on the platform to support these operations.
SURF – MIDES

Implementation of the SURF platform to manage surveys and field data collection, supporting the creation of 198 survey forms. The solution covers the entire social intervention lifecycle, from identifying needs through censuses and field surveys to case closure within the system.
Fingerprint capture module – Ministerio del Interior

Extension of the ePrios platform for the National Directorate of Forensic Police, introducing the digitization of the fingerprint capture process and its integration with the existing system. This enhancement laid the foundation for fingerprint-based biometric identity verification, providing the highest level of accuracy in identity validation.

SGC | OASIS – Ministerio del Interior

Maintenance of the Prison Management System (SGC), used to manage inmate movements, visits, meal services, and other processes related to correctional facilities. Additionally, OASIS—an extensible survey platform based on international standards for the prison system—was implemented to support data collection and assessment within correctional institutions.
SGSP – Ministerio del Interior

Migration and maintenance of the Public Security Management System (SGSP), focused on the core module for recording security incidents, used to manage police reports and incidents nationwide. The project also included the implementation of changes required by Uruguay’s new Criminal Procedure Code, including real-time integrations with the Public Prosecutor’s Office and other government agencies.
